1. Agreement to Terms

4.2 Withdrawals

Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes for verified accounts during business hours. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

• Provision of false or misleading information

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. jili10 reserves the right to withhold funds if fraudulent activity is suspected pending investigation.

11. Dispute Resolution
